"This past year our team has been incredible as we grew the company to 90 people, who spend their days innovating and supporting hundreds of thousands of Consultants in more than 60 countries. We’ve been incredibly fortunate in hiring absolutely brilliant engineers to push the cutting edge of Penny forward. We’ve expanded our leadership team and brought in world-class experts and Ph.D.’s on learning science and global enterprise implementations — all to help us make Penny even better for our customers, creating the most powerful solutions for everyone’s business. Apply today!

Because of this growth we’ve been able to expand the platform incorporating more Business Intelligence and Social Selling functionality from Team Care to Recommended Carts and bespoke Business Insights. 

We’ve also partnered with some of the biggest names in Direct Sales, helping to solve challenges such as accelerating revenue, providing strategic insights and reducing customer and consultant churn. It’s been incredible to work with these big names and see how Penny can truly make an impact. 

As part of our commitment to the direct sales industry, we’ve also launched LevelUP. A social selling learning academy, delivered by experts to help every consultant gain the skills they need to build and grow their business with confidence."

2022 Look Ahead

"A lot has changed, and we’ve achieved so much, but 2022 is set to be our biggest year by far and we couldn’t do it without you, your support, your belief in the digital-first evolution of direct sales, and your commitment. 

In 2022 we’re bringing to life some of the features we’ve been excited to build since day one. 

We’ll be releasing our learning platform for new consultants to see success faster, more effectively, but do it based on modern learning science best practices of how adults actually learn.  Led by Lauren, our digital learning expert who has spent her adult life studying how adults learn, and grow - her team will be delivering bespoke curriculums to improve the success, retention, and revenue for every single consultant. 

We’re taking our Business Intelligence and Data Visualization suite to the next level providing actionable insights and data for consultants, leaders and corporate teams. 

We’re revitalizing action driven incentives in app through contests, sales incentives and task-based programs to boost user engagement and productivity and thus drive revenue.  

To enhance support for our partners and users we’re pushing our global expansion even further to provide change management and implementation across global markets. We’re also expanding our language capabilities and expanding our global support coverage to 24-7

We started Penny to help people get one more sale and organize the chaos of running a business. It’s been incredible that we’ve been able to help hundreds of thousands of consultants across the world. Your incredible feedback is still the best part of the job, knowing that we’re truly making a difference not just for people’s careers but improving lives.
