2020/21 Round-Up and Future Plans

2020 Penny Highlights

Since the beginning, our number one focus at Penny was to create a delightful experience for direct sellers so you could organize the chaos of running a business and reclaim your free time. We learned from my wife, watched how she ran her business and worked with her and other network marketers to build a customer-centric app that would truly change lives.

We’re so proud of everything we’ve achieved, but more importantly what every individual that trusts Penny to organize their day has accomplished.

Whether it’s regaining your free time, building and strengthening customer relationships, making an extra sale, or developing a consistent process to win new business—we’re so proud of everything Penny has helped you achieve.

It’s been an incredible year, looking back at 2020 here are some of our highlights:

Quadrupled the Penny Team

We started the year with a team of 9 who were dedicated to supporting you as you grew your business—as we wrap up 2020 it’s so incredible to have a team of 39 dedicated and passionate professionals working tirelessly to help each of you unlock new milestones in 2021.

Expanding Customer Success

At the core of who we are is a desire to provide incredible customer experience—so you can give your customers an awesome experience in return. We’ve invested a ton in our Customer Success team expanding our support hours so there’s always someone available to help you.

Training and Onboarding

You told us you wanted more training options when you first started using Penny. So we built onboarding directly in Penny, so that it’s right at your fingertips.

Multiple Languages

We’ve built onboarding directly in Penny, so that it’s right at your fingertips. Penny is available in Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, German, French and Chinese and next year we’ll be adding even more languages. 

Prospecting

You said you wanted help creating a process to win new customers so we launched a full make over of Penny’s prospecting features making it easier to manage your lists and personalize your outreach, in doing so we added Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp integrations.

Penny Legends

And finally, something I’m super excited about is the launch of our Penny Legends series.

From day one, all of us at Penny have been amazed and inspired by the incredible talent we see every day as we work with each of you. The Legends series is our way of sharing these success stories with the world. I hope you’re as inspired by them as we are.

So that’s 2020 and throughout our focus remained the same—on creating an exceptional experience for the field so that working your business didn’t mean sacrificing your free time. 

2020 was a big year and we have an even bigger vision for Penny in 2021. I’m excited to share  a few hints of what’s to come.
