Step 5 is to rinse and repeat by embodying the leader that’s already within you.
So much of reaching goals is being able to think like a scientist. Scientists run experiments, they gather feedback, they refine their process and then they go after their goals. Time after time, after time, leaders know that it’s just a matter of time until they hit their goal and the process between now and getting there is a lot of trial and error. So walk through this process of knowing exactly your why, knowing your numbers, coming up with a plan of action from a personal development standpoint, embodying the version of who you want to be and continually rinse and repeat.
Gather feedback of what’s working. What’s not. Refine your process and go after your goals month over month.
And I promise you, if you take this level of accountability in your business and then you take this level of honesty and you start thinking like a scientist and get really curious about what would happen if I tried it this way.

And then going after it month after month, you will see progress. But it’s all about staying consistent to the process. You have to be open to receive feedback. You have to be honest with what is working and what are the areas of opportunity for you to grow? This will allow you to create a system of ease and simplicity when it comes to hitting any goal that you have, because now you have a roadmap and all you have to do is rinse and repeat, and then you can bring that down line through your entire organization and teach them how to do the same.
