Spoiler alert, sales is already something you do, regardless of who you are or what you do for a living, and I’m going to give you some examples right now. Let’s say you’re a stay-at-home parent. Well, honey, I can guarantee you, you are a master salesperson because you’ve got to get your threenager on board with eating broccoli, taking a bath and going to bed. So as a parent, you absolutely are developing skills that you can use in your network marketing business. Or let’s say you’re a project manager at a huge company. You’re absolutely a salesperson. What is it that you’re selling? Your opinions and your expertise. You’re using data. You’re using your findings to create buy-in on your team as to what the next step should be in your project. And last but not least, let’s say that you are trying to get a job in the traditional 9-5 market. Well, a job interview is just a sales call, and you’re sitting in front of a potential employer showcasing your talents, your experience, and you’re communicating to them why they should hire you, why you’re the best person for the job. So from now on, I want you to start looking at and becoming aware of the places in your life where you’re already using sales to create, buy in to help people and to be of service, because those moments will absolutely help you in your network marketing business.
