Sales is all about authenticity. One of the things that I love about network marketing is that you get to be yourself in your business.

There’s literally space for everyone in this industry. Now that being said, take all the trainings. Learn the best practices from people in your company who have been successful, people in the industry who have been successful and always, always, always stay in compliance with your company’s rules and regulations. That’s super important. And what’s going to happen over time as you connect with people and you take consistent action, you’re going to start to feel more comfortable and confident and you’re going to put your own stress on, on it, your own spin on it.

Here’s the deal: your vibe attracts your tribe. When I onboard a new team member, I say, listen, I don’t want you to do the business the way that I do it, because you’re going to speak to people that I can’t reach. So if my new team member is a teacher, that person can speak to the reality of being a teacher better than I can. If I’m onboarding a nurse or stay-at-home mom, you get to bring your whole self to your business. If you have pets, if you have kids, if you are a planner nerd like me, share that with people.

Because most of the time, people are going to try your products or join your team for you. So it’s super important that you are authentic, that you learn you stay in compliance with your company and you show up as your whole self and shine. I’ll see you in the next video.
